It was written by Franne Golde, Kasia Livingston and Robert Palmer and produced by Ron Fair and Tal Herzberg. The track is a ballad with soul influences, that celebrates relationships that last. "Stickwitu" received critical acclaim reviews from music critics, who generally complimented its composition and the group members' vocal performances, but criticized its placement on the album.
