The Technodrome is the spherical base used by Krang or the Kraang (depending on version), in the 1987–1996 animated Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles TV-series, the Archie TMNT Adventures comics, as well as the UK Fleetway Hero Turtles comics, the 2012 cartoon and the IDW comics. It also appears in most TMNT video game adaptations, except for those based on the 2003 cartoon. Also the Technodrome is central to the plot of the 2009 Turtles Forever film. The Technodrome is based on the Death Star from Star Wars.
