Mark Dale Lowery (born March 28, 1957) is a college instructor and former lobbyist from Maumelle, Arkansas, who is a Republican member of the Arkansas House of Representatives for District 39 in Pulaski County near the capital city of Little Rock.Lowery was reelected to his fourth legislative term in the general election held on November 6, 2018. With 6,063 votes (54.5 percent), he defeared the Democrat Monica Ball, who drew 5,072 (45.6 percent).
