Rev. Milton Brunson was an American gospel musician, choir director, and composer. He was born on June 28, 1943, in Magnolia, Mississippi, and passed away on April 9, 1997. He is best known for his work with The Thompson Community Singers, later renamed The Tommies, with whom he released numerous albums and recorded several hits, including "Safe in His Arms" and "If I Be Lifted Up." Rev. Milton Brunson made significant contributions to the gospel music genre and his legacy continues to inspire many musicians in the industry.
