Simone Mendes Rocha Diniz (Portuguese: Simone Mendez Rocha Diniz Brazilian Portuguese: [siˈmõ.ni]; born 24 May 1984) mononymously known as Simone or Simone Mendes is a Brazilian singer-songwriter, actress and instrumentalist. She is most known and recognized in her home-country of Brazil as one of the 'As Coleguinhas' of the duo, Simone & Simaria. One of Brazil's most successful and best known sertanejo and forro groups from 2012 to 2022 until the start of both Simone and Simaria Mendes's current solo careers.After a large controversial breakup, Mendes announced her part of the story showing that her sister had had a set arguments with her and the sister's desire to end her singing career, one of the arguments happened after an interview between her and a columnist. The group also split several items and belongings before fully splitting up on 18 August 2022.Mendes married Kaka Diniz in 2013, a Brazilian pilot, investor and influencer and had two children with him, Zaya and Henry Diniz., she had married Wendel Felicio de Albuquerque, a Brazilian investor in 2010 but subsequently divorced him the same year.She along with her sister and Brazilian singer-songwriter, Anitta released "Loka" which became the most watched Brazilian video.
