I'm full of flaws, sometimes I find it hard to withdraw 
Like a criminal's disregard for the law
From the urge to seek revenge, my losses justified into wins
What's on the surface can't compare to what's in
I live a different creed, despite the plead to uphold a mentality
That when it gets hard go ‘head and fold
I could never, accept defeat as my fate
Nothing of substance can return when you deny from what's great
With open mind and sacred soul, I pray and press toward my goal 
That I can write the words that may serve as a living whole 
For all the ones who choose, to be abused is a separate toll
But what we do it for you'll never know ‘lest you take a stroll on the path
Think to myself and ask, how will the definition of your purpose ever last?
I might have hesitated to reply just not as fast
