"Extraordinary" is a song recorded by American singer-songwriter Mandy Moore. The first single released from her 2007 album Wild Hope, it is also the first track on the album. The song differs significantly from her earlier work. Whereas songs such as "Candy" and "I Wanna Be with You" are synthesized bubblegum pop, "Extraordinary" has a more organic and instrumental sound; it features violins, drums, and guitars. Mandy Moore

Amanda Leigh "Mandy" Moore (born April 10, 1984) is an American singer–songwriter, actress and fashion designer. Raised in Florida, Moore first came to prominence with her 1999 debut single "Candy", which peaked at number 41 on the Billboard Hot 100. It's subsequent album, So Real, went on to receive a Platinum certification from the RIAA. Two more singles, "Walk Me Home" and "So Real", were released but failed to have the success of their predecessor. Her 2000 single "I Wanna Be with You", became her first Top 40 hit in the US, peaking at number 24 on the Hot 100 chart.
