"I'll Be Waiting" is the first single by punk rock band The Offspring released in 1986. A re-recorded version of the song appeared on their self-titled debut album, which was released three years later, serving as the ninth track on the album. It was the band's first official release, and is the only single issued by the band with original drummer James Lilja.

The Offspring

The Offspring is an American punk rock band from Orange County, California, formed in 1984. They are widely credited, alongside fellow California punk, ska punk, and pop punk bands Sublime,Green Day, and Rancid, with popularizing and reviving mainstream interest in punk rock in the United States in the 1990s.
