Ed O.G, also known as Edward O. Givens, is an American hip-hop artist from Boston, Massachusetts. He gained prominence in the late 1980s and early 1990s as a member of the group Ed O.G & da Bulldogs. Known for his socially conscious lyrics and smooth flow, Ed O.G has released several solo albums throughout his career. His music often tackles issues such as racism, injustice, and the struggles of urban life.
