Julie London (born Gayle Peck; September 26, 1926 – October 18, 2000) was an American singer, actress and game show panelist of the 1960s and 1970s. She was best known for her smoky, sensual voice. In the three and a half decades of her acting career, she co-starred opposite Gary Cooper in Man of the West (1958). Before her retirement, she later achieved renewed success with the female lead role of nurse Dixie McCall in the 1970s medical drama Emergency! Let there be you,
Let there be me.
Let there be oysters
Under the sea.

Let there be wind,
An occassional rain.
Chile con carne,
Sparkling champagne --

Let there be birds
To sing in the trees,
Someone to bless me
Whenever I sneeze.

Let there be cuckoos,
A lark and a dove,
But first of all, please --
Let there be love.

~interlude~

Let there be cuckoos,
A lark and a dove,
But first of all, please --
Let there be love...

Hmmm umm...love

Hmmm umm...love

Let there be love.
