Don Byas Quartet

Don Byas Quartet was a jazz group led by American saxophonist Don Byas. The quartet was known for their performances and recordings in the 1940s and 1950s, featuring Byas on saxophone, accompanied by a rhythm section including piano, bass, and drums. They were known for their swinging and melodic interpretations of jazz standards, showcasing Byas' virtuosic saxophone playing and improvisational skills.
