Le Tigre is an American electroclash band, formed by Kathleen Hanna (formerly of Bikini Kill) and Johanna Fateman in 1998 in New York City. It also featured Sadie Benning from 1998 until 2001, and JD Samson for the rest of the group's run. The crowd stretches at least 15 blocks from 44th Street to 59th Street. The police have just simply given up. This is what democracy looks like, this is what democracy sounds like (x2) Peace Now!
