"Girls, Girls, Girls", or "Girls! Girls! Girls!", is a song written by Jerry Leiber and Mike Stoller. It was originally recorded by The Coasters, who released it as a single in August 1961. The Coasters were also the original performers of another Elvis Presley recording, "Little Egypt". Elvis Presley recorded his version as part of the soundtrack for his 1962 motion picture Girls! Girls! Girls!. Its first LP release was on the eponymous soundtrack album in November 1962. In selected countries, it was also released on an eponymous EP.  more »

The Coasters

The Coasters are an American rhythm and blues/rock and roll vocal group that had a string of hits in the late 1950s. Beginning with "Searchin'" and "Young Blood," their most memorable songs were written by the songwriting and producing team of Leiber and Stoller.
