Alonzo "Lonnie" Johnson (February 8, 1899 – June 16, 1970) was an American blues and jazz singer/guitarist and songwriter who pioneered the role of jazz guitar and is recognized as the first to play single-string guitar solos. Johnson was not only one of the few black blues musicians invited to be 'guest featured' on a number of jazz recording sessions, he was also one of the only classic 1920's blues artists to have a revived a high-charting career after WWII. more »

Yes I've got me a big legged woman, that solid rocks my soul
Yes I've got me a big legged woman, that solid rocks my soul
And every time she turns the lights down low
Jack that's when I give up all my gold

She's so fine, she's so mellow, the rest I can't explain
Yes she's so fine, she's so mellow, rest I can't explain
Way my baby stacked up,
It's enough to drive the average cat insane

Yes she's got great big legs, so pleasing' on the eye
Yes she's got those great big legs, so pleasing' on the eye
And the preacher walked by, turned around and looked
Jack and hollered "My, my, my!"

She's got those big brown eyes, yes and she's something' really fine
Yes she's got those big brown eyes, Jack she's something' really fine
And the best part about it
Jack she's mine, all mine
