My World

My heart is pounding, I keep running for my end goal The wind rushing past my face, the things I've been told "You'll never make it so save your time, just stop now While you're on the ground, look around and let your hopes down" They may be right but I'll be damned if I ever thought it true Man, who the hell are you to tell me what I'm gonna do I'll tell you this, I'm bout shatter glass and precious gems No pretend, break the misdirection and let chaos in I'm over laying down and playing clown for anyone Do they ever stop to think that maybe there is room for some One that's different, non conforming to their own beliefs?
