I know we never mean for these things to happen But sometimes moments come and we can’t seem to grasp them We get caught up in our mind and get taken backwards That’s the PTSD and it’s a painful acronym Post traumatic stress is way to easy to activate Removes any act of faith No compass to navigate How can you evacuate You can’t cause you trapped in hate And everything you love seems to only evaporate I’m sick of this acting fake I’m not a happy kid And you better get back you ain’t my friend Cause no friend ship can last it’s just me in the end And I’m coming to terms that all of it was pretend Cause people use me till I break Cause they like how I bend I’m the strongest of men Until the membership ends Then my heart carries weight from all the energy spent It’s just time wasted on an evil intent And my intentions were pure Tried to give you the world But it never occurred that you was mine I ignored the alerts and all the signs I guess they really told the truth when they said love is blind So how I’m posed to see it I post I post you see it It seems raps the only way that you can see my feelings And I’m sorry I ain’t open and I’m never healing I guess when i’s a kid I made a deal then sealed it Cause every building I enter just got the lowest ceiling And I’m sick of people telling me that time will heal It Cause time don’t heal a thing And time don’t mean a thing Unless I’m spending it with you And then it’s everything I think it’s safe to say That I lost everything Cause I tried to love again but I ain’t feel a thing And now I lay in bed alone and cry myself to sleep I guess I’m still in love with what we’ll never be. Does anybody feel the way I feel? Is anybody searching for what’s real?
