Ayy ayy Ugh Let me talk about my life Got a lot of Dirt I can take it to the grave But that ain't the way I'm made So I got to come right Raised a lot of hell did my own cousin dirty At the time wasn't worried had the time of my life Paying for it now Our relationship will never be the same And I am the blame for the strife Run it back Ayy ayy Let me talk about my life Had to repent Been Baptized since then Praise the most High he cleaned me up nice Got a new whip Built a new crib To top it all off even found my wife Then he blessed me with my first son Story just begun So y'all hold on tight This when my testimony kick in It was summer time Mid month of August my was 6 months Pregnant That same night she woke me up Contraction like pain she detected At the time so much on my mind Just pray that my son is well protected So drive to the Hospital Dr like just what I suspected That baby boy bout to be due a lot sooner then projected Told him Stop with the Madness As my faces filled with sadness He due three months before his due date I'm like nah this can't be happening So we in the room about to give birth And it's still a lot going on While my wife was focused on that I was just praying that nun would go wrong When he came her he was 2lb But that boy lungs was so strong Sixty-eight days later from the NICU my baby boy came home So you can't say the Most High ain't cold This took place about a year ago Now my son a whole year old All I can say is praise the Most High My first son Through Christ survived Son of my right hand So I called him Benjamin And Benjamin the worrier tribe That's all I see in my baby boy eyes Is the heart of a Champ and a worriers pride His heart of a champ made a worrier cry I'm tearing up now I don't even know why Every since then I don't even much try Just pray about it give it to the Most High Don't know about you But every time I do He come through So I'm hardly ever surprised Imma take it back before I found the way Childhood days seeking faith Me and moms used to hit a church in the 9th ward This when the Most High first touched my heart I was like 17 Sitting in the pews while they praise and sing Then this warm sweet feeling came over me Til this day I can't explain it was comforting, though Tears start rolling Couldn't control it Heart beating thru my chest Felt a sense of relief Didn't know what to think But the feeling always stuck with me Few years later off to college Popping bottles women round me Darkest hours demons seem to find me Screaming swinging seeking plenty violence Ugh None of yall boys want problems Step to this street if you bout it Been scrapping since toddler Grew up fighting my patnas Summer time rumbles by Lawrence So who want that action My life been stuck in a panic And I got some terrible habits My girl tryna save me Talking bout God and the savior Told me we Israelite babies We suposed to be kings and follow our God I'm full of this liquor I can't see the signs My uncle D taught me Crown Royal and that's the king that I'm gone be Can't turn to no God He won't accept me Man you don't know half of the stuff I done seen Some stuff I can't mention Me and my bigger sister And my grandma house was Christian How could we ever forgive him How could I come to yo God That put me and my pain aside She went to talking bout healing And praying it's all bout repentance Just study scriptures That conversation changed me Church visit the next weekend That feeling I got when I was 17 Came back and hit me again In Christ name I got baptized I'm cleansed now I'm healed now in YASHAYA'S name I've been crowned I'm his now without a doubt His truth done changed my life My girl became my wife Still in this walk 2 years later All praises to the MOST HIGH Ever felt love in your life this before Thank God cause YASHAYA saved my soul In a world where we all feeling broke Faithless not too many sowed in hope Been through a lot Seen brothers dreams die Seen shots shooting up the parking lot Seen bodies drops Try not to cry In the back full of shame of cops car God coulda took me there Beware, the scares, the scars, in awe In all I do Is give thanks I pray for ways That my flesh I can escape Dream big as a kid everybody break the bank Brothers banging but in life we have choice God moved me just to use my voice Give him praise but the homies nah So the hallows still making that noise like Fa, Fa, Fa Roll the window up tires screeching seen a couple lost souls falling Drop, Drop, Drop, Drop, Drop And I was baptized Anyone can make it out as a sinner Here's the gate that the sheep outta enter I'm just here just to paint that picture Left the liquor just to hit that scripture Praise AHAYAH lift YASHAYA It's Required, this the fire that was in that bush No one's higher, just inspire Glorifying newly bodies I seek that look Fornicating I ain't know no better Sin can take you down if you let it I'm just tryna take out what's leavened YASHAYA died just to make you better Praise AHAYAH for goodness sake Outta follow that righteous way Now it's time to show love today No ones perfect all made mistakes Now's the time to choose yo path Praise AHAYAH the First and Last
