5 Dogs is a Whiskey Rock band from Anzio (Rome - Italy), heavily inspired by American Folk/Rock & Blues music. It was formed in June 2019, and it is composed of the following members: Michele Rullo (electric guitar - voice) Salvatore Luca (acoustic guitar - voice) Pierpaolo Rullo (electric guitar) Gianluca Petruzzi (bass) Stefano Onori (drums) The band started as a cover band of classic Rock/Blues artists, such as Hendrix, Vaughan, Clapton, ZZ-Top, Creedence etc. and it started almost immediately to play live gigs in Rome and surroundings. Shortly after its formation, 5 Dogs released their first single named "This Is My Call", released on all the major digital platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon, YouTube etc.). The sound is raw and energetic, mixing 90's Rock to Classic Blues vibes. During summer of 2020 they released their second single called "The Boulder". The third single, Loverview, has been published in July 2021. At the moment the band is working on their first EP, which will be available in late 2021.
