Brian Paa Kwesi Mill also known by the stage names Brian Mill, Paa Kwesi, Kwesi Jiggs, Fantekidd or JOY DADDY K., is a Ghanaian rapper, record executive, record producer, Songwriter, actor, and entrepreneur. Born in Tarkwa and raised in the suburb of Greater Accra, he discovered his musical talent at age nine (9). Growing up under the influence of Hip Hop, Electronic and Pop music, Mill founded a music group called the Bankshield Unit. The music group consisted of him and his friends, who shared common interests and passion as far as music goes. Mill together with his group wrote and recorded a lot of music together until he decided to disband the group due to some setbacks he never spoke about. In recent times, Mill operates as a solo musical artist and often puts out a lot of music content for his diehard fans. Being an underground artist for a decade plus, you can tell the talented musician knows his way around the music business very well. He is currently an indie artist signed to his own record label (W I T RECORDS) and works hand in hand with top notch music producers and sound engineers. Lyrics of his music are mostly based on his life stories and the experience(s) of that of his close ones. It has been constant growth for Mill and his craft of music so far, diligently executing his artistic skills for quality creation. Known for his lyrical dexterity and versatility, Mill has produced over seven (7) LPs and numerous EPs across multiple genres including Hip-pop, Afro-pop, Jazz, Dancehall, High-Life and Gospel music amongst others. He simply prefers to be associated with making good music rather than restricting him to a specific genre. He possesses a unique voice for singing and a commanding tone for rap delivery. He has a peculiar sense of fashion which portrays his African roots with a blend of the Hip Hop culture to create an immaculate variation of Afrocentric and western culture.
