Free Quincy is a project of psychedelic experiences carefully AND haphazardly curated in homemade studios from Amazon soundproofing tiled to AKG clearance microphones incorporating, but not limited to: original sound production & design across multiple DAWs, original (YES ME for fucks sake) vocals, poetry, samples, pop culture, meme references, cringecore, tradition disc jockeyism, and harmonic texture to match. Founded on a passion for artistic and creative integrity coupled with strong appreciation for musical theory, Free Quincy aims to do as the name subjects. To subject our audience to raw emotion to liberate with unadulterated, unapologetic frequencies with respect to the derivative reach of inspiration. We bounce from Skrillex to Rezz to Daft Punk to San Holo to Snails. Fun fact: much of our earlier work was recorded on a broken Corsair vengeance gaming headset held up by duct tape and rubber band for the microphone before we built our studios.
