JS Country (formally Cool Summer Breeze) is the country music project of blues guitarist/singer/songwriter Johnny Searfoss, a.k.a. JS Blues. A diverse writer who enjoys playing multiple genres of music, he's been playing music since 1978. In 2016, Johnny got together with singer/guitarist Steve Morris to start a duo, playing country covers to pick up “a few extra gigs”. When Johnny told Steve he wanted to find a country vocalist to record his original songs Steve answered, “let's do it!” and the rest is history. JS Country has two new singles: “Gunslinger” and “Thank You Mama”. In addition, as “Cool Summer Breeze” they released 4 songs: “Me & You”, “Here They Come (Ode to NASCAR)”, “I'm Over You” and “That Sound Check Song”. These songs will be re-released on the JS Country debut CD, release scheduled for Fall 2022.
