There are so many animals that live with us

They are called domestic animals my friends
They can be tamed and they can be our pets

Some are very funny and some are very wise

They live with us and together we share

We give them water, shelter and food

There is the horse just galloping around
And the donkey, chasing its tail round and round
The dog is smiling bright I wonder what he saw
And the cat is cleaning her face with her paws

There is the hamster running on the wheel
And the squirrel that loves eating peanuts which they love to peel
The camel is ready to give us a lovely ride
And look at that singing parrot, he wants to hide
Aw I think the parrot is shy
