Like postpartum depression, medical complications, and time to just breathe
But no breastfeeding shaming allowed here, so let that guilting go
There is a lot of misinformation out there and supply is tricky
So whether milk comes from a breast or a bottle
The love and nurture a mama gives to her little one is the real liquid gold
Check in on your new mamas, send them encouraging messages and love
Be gentle with yourself mamas and let the liquid gold of love flow to yourself as well
