wanna tell you a story about a girl named Lisa Jean.

She was church-going girl who really believed.


She said if I please God, he'll give me everything.
but she was serving god for the wrong reason

So Lisa grew up and fell in love with a man named Dan.

Now Lisa was sittin in the dark hole when the Devil walked in.

The devil said look like where you at right now, you need to let me in.

So Lisa dried her eyes and said ole devil, there's something you first gotta do for me.

Lisa took that money booked it on out of there
and she became the midnight magic woman had customers from everywhere

you lisa could not turn down a woman crying over a man
and by the next day after midnight she'd have that man on his knees eatin dogfood out that same woman's hand

you see Lisa, Lisa, was the real thing that's why her phone never ceased to ring
Lisa was always up at midnight bringing folk many things
