in my room i had a dream that i could make it

building skills that take a lot of years and patience 
never got good grades they really thought

understatement when i say that i’m underrated i planed my future everything so calculated

and the moneys just another pro to do it 
when i started felt like i already knew it 
it makes me happy so i just had to pursue it 

inanis coming yeah you know i had produced it all
to write this shit you know i had to go through it all 
all the time i used to think about my funeral 
i don’t want that many people showing up at all 
only close ones 
i don’t want no one else to get involved 
since i was in school a lot of shit has changed 
have this feeling like i have finally obtained 
a direction for this life and i have stopped feeling the pain 
wanna move to where it rains 
surrounded by the trees 
i’ll just sit around and watch the leaves fall 
right before the winter 
while my girls cookin a dinner 
and i’m playing on the rhodes 
i’m just describing a dream i had a few night ago 

life just gonna go on man 
the suns gonn come out every morning 
don’t waste it 

i been tired of sitting doing nothing wasting all my days 
at a point i thought i knew myself 
but i’m still learning today 
we all human
everybody makes mistakes 
i’m just thankful that im strong enough to face mine nowadays 
there was a time where i thought i couldn’t even write a verse 
there was a time where even i thought i had fuckin curse 
most the time i just sit back and i observe 
learned to never settle for less than i 
deserve 
i’m just pleased to be on earth 
gotta know your own worth 
f*ck what anybodys thinking 
gotta live your own life 
and never stop the dreaming 
i’ve been searching for the meaning 
of the voices fuckin screaming 
in the back of my mind 
i tried to meditate but they come back every time
