Recently a wise man told me there is no such thing as a truly free man

If I were truly a free man, I would learn new ways to get by each day

If I were truly a free man I'd go hole up in some place like Saskatchewan
Maybe catch a ride to candyland, NO
I would run away and go live in a Canyon man
Have me running wild and free like only a stallion can
Soar high like an Eagle clutching you in my talons man
I would stand tall against the canyon wall both warm and cool to the touch harnessing The power of the sun's all a gentle kiss from the water that fall

So regal, no more evil
I would no longer needs things like a hype man or a Skype pass or a Twitter hand
Hell I would probably forget how to write man but I would never lose my right hand would Have the best fucking hat man

A place without luxury, but a vast amount of comfort
Wouldn't even need a night cap cause I never be mad
No need for resentment revenge or prisons man
Freedom of mind as I have no worries of being had

A place where being bad meant just sleeping in a tad cause you done rolled out of your Sleeping bag
A place so timeless you have to ask where you're at
Recharging my battery would mean getting a mad suntan
A place that's truly great
Not exactly a free steak but hey we do stay open late and here it's the people that make It great
A place where beggars can and come take
A place where hesitators no longer have to wait
No more mistakes and we've already dissolved hate
From beginner to winner just take and take

Purposeful laws to help us all nothing against mary jane just walk in get baked
Come prepared for an endless wild, all the while you're the author maybe not no Hawthorne
