A one, two, a one, two, three
Sometimes we get that feeling, makes our tummies rumble, grumble and groan
We're worried scared and shy and we don't know why, even makes us think we'd rather be alone
It's hard to think of anything when our hearts are beating quickly and we're breathing too fast
Let's walk through something we can do until those feelings have passed

Just close your eyes, take a deep breath in, clench your fists, shoulders up to your ears
Legs and arms tight as they can be
Scrunch up your nose, curl your toes, count to four and with a big sigh let it go
Let it all go

We can miss out on fun stuff when we're scared to be embarrassed or ashamed
Meeting new people can be hard to do but I bet someone else is feeling the same
Why not offer some help, ask to join in, say something kind to someone who might need it the most
You might even make a new friend, everything needs sunshine to grow
