Dave MacKay was an American jazz pianist and keyboardist. He gained prominence in the 1960s for his work with vocalist Al Jarreau and played with various other jazz musicians throughout his career. MacKay's playing style was characterized by his technical skill, improvisational talent, and versatility across different jazz subgenres.
