Let me tell you a story, from a long time ago
About a strapping young fella, and his voyage with his love
This man was no captain, but a young sailor boy
Who climbed up, aboard a vessel
And sailed out, into the void

Alas we soon set sail, and before the night was in
I was struck by her wild beauty, traversing through the wind
There was one sight problem, an issue so discrete
It appeared that her body was made from wood not meat

A message in a bottle, sent from the chef to me
Warning of the Captain and his immorality
A message write so clearly, 'twas not misunderstood
A warning of his vitriol and wrathful massacres

She told me not to tamper
She begged me to stay clear
Not to test the Captain's patience
And become a skeletal souvenir

As we approached Norfolk Island
We had grown tired of the Captain's ruthless authoritarian ways
And we decided something had to be done
We looked up towards the bridge, where the Captain was sat with his closest companions
And we hatched out a plan
We quickly rose to the stairs and overpowered the  Captain and his men
We took them to starboard side of the ship
And as they fell towards the peaks of the waves below  they were never seen again
Together with the rest of the scum

It was just me and her now
Nothing can stop us
We were on top of the world
