Living day by day in my real life
Life I had to live for the lessons I realized
Had to move around and cut a few to make real ties
So Let me pour a shot for the real guys
The ones who stay showing up
The ones who on go enough

The ones who heard me say that we'd be going up
Even if they never saw it back when we was growing up
But you hear me now
I Never had someone to tell me if I was right or wrong
So forgive me if I'm wrong or I think I'm never wrong
Look into my eyes and you can tell that somethings wrong
But if you ever wanna know then you gon have to play these songs
Always kept the Truma in cause I gotta keep on being strong
Until I realized that it hurt more cause I pretended it was gone
Going through the motions they keep asking me bout  what I'm on
Got Too much going on

To many problems
But they blessings to a few
My biggest problems turned to lessons yeah it's true
Getting it is easy but to keep it is another
When you get up to the top make sure you  appreciate the view
Lost to many nights when I was locked up in the stu
But it's greatness that come out of it so what i really lose
Coulda been out partying  that's rarely what I choose
I be at my best when I'm doing what I do

It's like a puzzle way that I could piece it all together
I got hurt inside my soul that's gonna burn forever
But there's peace inside my mind so it go together
And I heard karma is a bitch but only if you let her
They Said that I would meet my karma I still haven't met her
It's a Monday I'm just stomping through Chicago streets
Pardon me got no time for you to talk to me
I still want more but theres no one that I would rather be
