The Hellacopters

The Hellacopters were a Swedish garage rock band that was formed in 1994 by Nicke Andersson (vocals and guitar), Dregen (guitar), Kenny Håkansson (bass) and Robert Eriksson (drums). Andersson (sometimes known as Nick Royale) had been the drummer for death metal band Entombed and Dregen was taking a break from his full-time band Backyard Babies. Dregen and Eriksson had been roadies for Entombed, while Håkansson was a childhood friend of Andersson's. I've seen you girl, I've seen you walkin'
'Round and 'round for a long long time
I've heard you girl, I've heard you talkin'
Tongue in cheek but it don't rhyme

It's time to move, yeah, it's to shake those
Hips to a different beat and
I got time to prove, today is dated
And obsolete

When mountains are too high
And their sides are to steep
And the rivers and it run too deep
Offers like this don't come cheap

And you got nothin' but your soul to sell
C'mon down and we will treat you well
Baby, welcome to hell

Well, I've been watchin' you
I watched you droppin'out sweet torn and frayed
But nothing's stoppin' you
Pillpoppin' days are over if you come my way

Absolution girl
And let it go and be the ultimate star fucker star
Got the solution girl
And let loose and dance to a different guitar, yeah

When mountains are too high
And their sides are to steep
And the rivers, they run too deep
Offers like this don't come cheap

And you got nothin' but your soul to sell
C'mon down and we will treat you well
Baby, welcome to hell

When mountains are too high
And their sides are to steep
And the rivers, they run too deep
Offers like this don't come cheap

And you got nothin' but your soul to sell
C'mon down and we will treat you well
And baby, welcome to hell

When mountains are too high
And their sides are steep
Well, you got rivers, and you run too deep
Offers like this don't come cheap

And you got nothin' but your soul to sell
C'mon down and we will treat you well
Baby, welcome to hell
