Borino (Bulgarian: Борино, Turkish: Karabulak) is a village of Smolyan Province in southern Bulgaria. It is the administrative centre of Borino Municipality.Borino is situated in a valley in the Western Rhodope Mountains, at an altitude of 1,140 metres (3,740 ft).
