Fog is thick and I can't wait until I'm safe and warm at home
Bus should be here any minute, that at least is what I hope
But guess that I should be more cautious cause I'm out here all alone

But I as always see something in the distance
I fear that it could possibly completely save my existence
But as I'm hoping for the best it passes by in an instance
I shouldn't get my hopes up, but I'm just being optimistic

I'm waiting here on the road as my existence erodes
From time and space as we know it, time is moving too slow
But I can't think of a better place to be seen
But still the people driving by are staring right through me
I'm waiting here to be disrupted, to be rudely interrupted

It seems like no one pays attention to me
But then again how can I be sure I can't control what they see
It's like I'm not even there to them to a certain degree

But at least now I understand what this place really entails

Maybe I should just be accepting my fate
Or maybe I should be believing that it isn't too late
But I guess this is my life for all eternity though
