James Davy is the former Commissioner of Human Services in New Jersey, holding the position under former Governors James McGreevey and Jon Corzine. He previously served on McGreevey's staff in the governor's office and while McGreevey was Mayor of Woodbridge Township. On September 9, 2005, former Governor of New Jersey Richard Codey named his wife, Lucille Davy, as Acting Commissioner of Education. In doing so, they became the first husband and wife to serve in a state cabinet together in the country. They reside in Pennington, New Jersey. more »

Fam's in town
Uncle Johnny seemed a lil down

And as I looked up I saw my fate
In the lines of my grandmothers face and

Well I'm sure unsure

That all this un-surity

I heard a word

And I ain't so sure what to believe

I saw it then I couldn't hide
My sister said James you pick a side
So I looked left and I looked right
And took a bite of Turkey

I cleared my throat and said now now
It'll be alright y'all come around
There's turkey, yams and a middle ground
Don't we all like mama's stuffin'?

Pick a side! Aunt Karen screamed
As she took bite of whippin' cream
Johnny shook his balding head, and said
James you fuckin' hippie!
Pick a side
Pick a lie
Pick a booger
Pick a tribe
See life's no fun when you see both sides
Life's a meant for takin'

And with his final bite of pie
Uncle Johnny looked me dead in the eye
And he said James it's time
That you decide
You gotta choose

Well I'm sure unsure
But I sure see

From the table head he cleared his throat
My grandpa Fred he finally spoke
