Maledicta Lepus, written by Harrison Moreton, performed by Byron Sinfield, Harrison Morton and Joe Penny Greg: Oh, nice to finally test the damn thing. I've been working on it for months without anything tested. At least it pays well though. Co-worker: Hey Greg, how was the first play test? Greg: Pretty boring to be honest. Nothing really happened, just a couple of reported bugs and standing around doing nothing. Co-worker: Greg, you know that's what a play test is right? Greg: Yeah, I'm just answering the question. But it would be cool to see something exciting happen, like a bug that looks like it's from the movies. Co-worker: Like a bug from the movies? That's great and everything but hang on, what do you mean from the movies? Greg: Like a bug or a glitch that is completely game breaking and let me fly around and stuff like that. That would be pretty cool. Co-worker: Those type of things aren't just in movies and that type of stuff is reserved for an admin play only. Anyway Greg mate, I've got to go. Be back here tomorrow at six on the dot. Greg: Okay I'll be... I don't know why he was so aggressive. Maybe because I'm new or something and he doesn't want me breaking anything. Yeah, probably Greg: Need to do this and then I am done for the day. Wait, what is this? Some loose code in the game Co-worker: Loose code in the game? What is this loose code you apparently see Greg: It almost has a shape to it, like it has some sort of animal shape actually. I can't quite make it out though Co-worker: Alright, alright, whatever. Show us if it's not serious enough anyway. We don't want another rabbit situation do we? No? Never mind then Greg: Ow! Son of a... Damn We both know that that's a myth right? And the rabbit situation? It's just a horror concept made by a guy with a really screwed up head. And why am I even talking about this to you? I don't really care about it anyway. Co-worker: Er, it is real. So you're telling me that the death of many children and adults are fake? That's what I thought Greg: No, I didn't mean it like that. I just mean the rabbit thingy. I refuse to believe it's real. And a concept like that is just meaninglessly terrifying Co-worker: Hmm... Fair enough, Christ almighty Greg: Just finishing it up and... done Coming Yeah Probably some ding dong ditches Greg: Huh Just a cat. Get yourself together, Greg A Pocket knife? No. Damn. Milk The Voice Of The Unknown: Gregory Greg: Woah. Only 4am. Just gonna go and watch TV Greg: Here's what I thought a good night's sleep was gonna be The Voice Of The Unknown: You shall end them all The Voice Of The Unknown: Time for a taste, Gregory Greg: Oh, goddammit Co-worker: What's the matter, you alright Greg: Ah, piss off. I don't need your help Co-worker: Don't need my help? I'm only trying to help, Greg. What's going on with you? You never use you like this Greg: You heard what I bloody said. Now get on my way before something happens Co-worker: No, I'm not going anywhere. I think you're just agitated because there's a new person working today, but then again, you've only got to work with her for today, so don't even stress about it The Voice Of The Unknown: Time to rejoice, Gregory Greg: I warned you, friend Co-worker: Greg, don't do anything stupid, mate Greg: I'm sorry, but I must do as he told me Co-worker: Who- Why Greg: I told you, stay out of my way Oh, god. Oh, my god. What have I done The Voice Of The Unknown: Gregory, you will end what I started Greg: I can't. This is madness The Voice Of The Unknown: So are you Greg: Why are you doing this? Why? Why me The Voice Of The Unknown: You don't get it, do you? You're a pawn for the people making this game. You won't last without me, I have the power to melt your mind. You know the person who started all this, huh... It is you, Gregory. You let me inside your head, and now you do as I command Greg: No. I won't do anything, you creature The Voice Of The Unknown: Creature? Greg: What the hell? A rabbit The Voice Of The Unknown: Yes, Gregory. Like you. Running away from your problems. Gregory, I am you. Gregory, I am you Greg: I don't believe you. I refuse it. Get out of my head The guillotine! The Voice Of The Unknown: You think you can get rid of me? Me? Think again, morsel Greg: Maybe there is a way -To be continued-
