Shashaa Tirupati (born 21 December 1989) is an Indian-born Canadian playback singer, songwriter, and music producer. Tirupati has recorded songs in over 20+ languages including: Tamil, Telugu, Marathi,Punjabi, Malayalam, Kannada, Bengali, Konkani, Arabic, and English with more than 250 songs to her credit as a vocalist. She features in the Sara Ali Khan, Dhanush, Akshay Kumar starrer film 'Atrangi Re' on the song 'Rait Zara Si' with Arijit Singh. Popularly known as "The Humma Girl", in 2018, she won the National Film Award for Best Female Playback Singer, as well as the Filmfare Award for the Tamil song "Vaan Varuvaan" from Kaatru Veliyidai.
