Bear Witness is the first studio album by Australian band I'm Talking. The album was released in August 1986 by Regular Records and peaked at No. 14 on the Australian Album Charts.The album yielded three singles and was certified platinum.At the 1986 Countdown Australian Music Awards the album was nominated for Best Debut Album.At the 1987 ARIA Music Awards Richard Alan, responsible for the album's cover, was nominated for 'Best Cover Artist'. The band received considerable international interest and as a result I'm Talking undertook a 36-date UK tour supporting Five Star.
