The Homeless Gospel Choir, also known as Derek Zanetti, is a folk-punk musician from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. His act consists of his voice, his emotions, and his acoustic guitar. He's signed to A-F Records and has released five albums to date. His debut album, "Some People Never Go Anywhere," was released in 2010, "You Work So Hard to Be Like Everyone Else," in 2011, Luxury Problems, his third was released in 2012; and his fourth album, I Used To Be So Young, which was released in 2014, contains his hit song, "Untitled". There′s a man they call The Father that's damning us to hell
There's a gentleman in Gainesville with hatred in his heart
There's a war raging inside of me that′s tearing me apart
Well your mother and your father they think differently than me
They gather their opinions from Fox News on TV
From oil rigs and democracy and our Muslim president
They don't care if we′re at war if their kids don′t get sent
Why must I feel this way
And think so hard about the things I can′t change
I tried so hard just to drink it all away-hey-hey
Why must I feel this way
Well I don't mean to sound angry or to sound unkind
But life can be a prison if you don′t speak your mind
So grab you up a guitar; Learn a couple chords
Cause there′s hurting people everywhere that need spoken up for
