The Lord God has called me to leave it all behind
To break with my traditions and all my family ties
To wander by faith for blessing and fame

I agreed to His terms and with Sarah as my wife

I know my Mom will help me with my sly, deceptive plan
To steal Esau's blessing from a blind and aging man

It's time to face the truth, and error of my ways
It's time to live by faith; to trust God and obey
Rachel and Leah, and a dozen sons of mine
Must learn to walk by faith, and not by their own might
