The best thing occurred
I got in a school that I had never heard
It all seemed so real
I honestly could feel
My life turning like a steering wheel

And I took the right path
And I dealt with good and bad
Thank God that I passed all those classes, LIKE MATH
And now I am right here
Graduating
And I know this is just the beginning

I feel it coming
The music my dreams
I've been here so long
And now's my time to move on
I'll look at these memories and keep them all at heart
And call this The Graduation song
The Graduation Song

I've met some people
They've gone and they've stayed
It's all meant to be
Cause life is just this way
I'll name just a few of my favorite crew

My senior friends
We've dealt threw so much
Emily, Brandi, Nautica, Danielle
Yeah, they'd sit with me at lunch
And there's this other guy
His names Anthony
Yeah, you know they all mean so much to me

Everyday would be a party
Tears, Joy, Sadness, Laughter
Stress, Tests, Times up, FASTER
Colleges, Politics, Drama, Struggles
Who cares? They ain't our masters
Working together and getting farther

Now, we move on to the teachers
The ones who made me who I am
My older best friend teachers
Pushing me as far as they can

The one who taught me to always practice
He's a prodigy and gave me a mattress
To lay on his shoulder and ask for help
6 years later, I'm an intermediate pianist
Thanks to him, Thanks to him
I started from scratch
And it was all a blast Yes

Ooooo
Thank you, Thank you

Then theres the one
Who taught me to develop my voice
And I loved to learn
Yes, I really had the choice

Then the Doctor
Scientist
Who's always glad
He's super smart
And not just cause he likes Phil Collins

Then the Mathematician
Yeah, She's pretty rad
She's not broken at all

They all changed my life
For the better
And so did the other teachers

I especially thank
The dean for accepting my entrance
When I needed it most, When I needed it most
Oh Yeah I really needed it

My Favorite Fashion Designer and Spanish teacher
They would always be there to lend a hand
With all my needs
Full of laughter and glee

The Italian teacher
He changed my life, he cared so much
Yeah I miss him, Yes I do
He was super smart, Very nice
I really really miss him

My Vocal Teachers Mom
Start clapping
She's so fabulous
I love her heart, I love her soul

Okay where do I start
Okay I really don't know
Okay where do I start start start start

Last, but not least
My Counselor
Psychiatrist
Music Theory
Contemporary And Jazz Teacher
Mark Anthony?
No! Ryan Anthony
A very special Otter
My favorite Otter

I'd always bother you
And you'd be glad to help me
You'd give me "Kindness"
Not just in a Health Bar
You have a huge heart
Yes, by far
And I'm so glad I met you all

I didn't expect you to leave
But, I am glad we're still friends
And now I have met an amazing Bassist
And he's my Jazz brother in the end

My Jazz families
Are just to many
And I love them all
Yes, I love them all
I met another Bassist
He's my 2nd Jazz Dad
I am so honored to have been his student, Yes I'm so glad

He helped me so much with more than I could ask for
And gave me opportunities
And pushed me off the floor
I look up to him and he's inspired me
To do what I want and be who I wanna be

All of you are just amazing geniuses
In what you do
Talents all around
They fill my grounds
In what you do
I love you all so much
And will remember you all
In this Graduation Song

My 80's phase started here
Oh yeah
And so did my Phil Collins phase
Believe it or not I didn't know a thing about him before
And I'm so thankful that I do right now
I'm really in love
With him and you all

Let's face it
I learned some instruments, made new friends, loved my life
And found my way threw this huge maze
In these beautiful phases, they were beautiful phases
When I met all your faces

It feels like yesterday
It really truly feels like yesterday

And I know we all have these feelings in life
Where you feel like you just don't know where you're going
Thank God
He takes you where you're meant to be going
And now we're here, right here
Graduating right here
Thank God, Thank God
Were graduating
Thank God, Thank God
He helped me so much
Thank God, Thank God
This is my Graduation Song
The Graduation Song
God Bless you all
