Waves crashing
In my head
In my heart
Ground breaking
Every side
Every part
You may not see it
Or understand
You didn't need to
You took my hand
You may not see it
But to me
You are my hero
My everyday hero
Waves crashing
In their lives
Left and right
You see it
Choose to stay
Choose to fight
It doesn't matter
If you understand
When you stay there
Lend your hand
You may not see it
But to me
You are my hero
My everyday hero
You are my hero
My everyday hero
You may not see it
But you are
You are my hero
My everyday hero
You are my hero
My everyday hero
You are my hero
My everyday hero
You are my hero
My everyday hero
