It's more than just music, it's the living word of God
The Bible says it's able to pierce deep, this is sermons over beats
You there, did you hear each morning has new mercy
No days for old ways get hungry for God stay thirsty
Either we family or enemies
Bless the name of the King, He's the center of ministry
We gotta move not just to the beat that plays
Arise from where you are put feet to your faith
See the way has been made Jesus the key to the gate
Free from the reign of the beast, Aye there's no keeping us caged
Outta bars now His flame in me like hot lava
Don't make your heart hardened, come talking to God the Father
Some look for it in an idol and they won't bring you peace
But look for it in the Bible you will find if you will seek
Don't waste your life chasing a title end up drowning in your grief
Plenty believers in the Body taking up too many seats
Jesus never recruited so you could sit and spectate
Obey as He commands I know that's what the flesh hates
Tryna break it down to you with this Midwest slang
Did you forget of the debt that the Savior's death paid
Who ever told you follow inner emotions
The heart overflows with deceit to it's sinful devotion
We must be born again into a new life
Dead to the deeds of the flesh
Embrace a new mind thru Christ
Left Paul a thorn in the side to remind that His blood purchased
Remember the message is for sinners so first that is us
Direct His word to your heart before you preach a sermon
Letters addressed to correct begins with headship in the churches
Forgive our transgression Lord please come purge us
Your Holy Son's blood cleans deep beneath the surface
Sin will ensnare in lies if you love it you will serve it
But there is only one who calls to you by His mercy
You could call it old fashioned don't matter how you word it
Commissioned to preach the Gospel
You could feel the way the word hits
Any saint is just a person
Even the mother who was a virgin
But Jesus came from above
John 1:29 for certain
No numbers concern me I'd rather see your true conversion
Uprize and let these beats bang in Jesus name we worship
