Luckily there is a God who is just and just in
Time. cuz I was feeling like this maybe the end of me
Losing to my worse enemy, the inner me
Yet through the chaos Jesus came to give me inner peace 
My friends like "what's gotten into me" (I say)

I realized while I was falling apart
Coming to Jesus is more than wanting a brand new start
Nor is it wanting the light cuz I'm afraid of the dark
That change I prayed for had to take place in my heart(Well)
In my hands I couldn't keep it together
I was baptized as a child but it didn't get better
Just my demons got wetter, but i didn't improve
Caught up in the world, living like there was nothing to lose
Wanting to live for God, but still in love with my sins
My momma told me I can't play both sides of the fence
This a marriage I'm entering I gotta commit
Lay down and bury my past and told the Lord I repent
Of my sins and what I did I asked for forgiveness
 And meant it now I'm in this as His witness
I give Him all the honor and glory
So... I just some up my story (By saying)

I gotta mention that His love is true
But this ain't just for me, He got love for you
So much so, Jesus died for our sins
Not to go back, it's meant to be a permanent cleanse
let go of the old you and be born again
Recognize that in Christ you were born to win
Not by the measure of material wealth
But by the overflow of spiritual health
His power given to overcome every obstacle 
Faith to move mountains, now nothing will be impossible
This doesn't mean it takes away from the stress
Remember a testimony only comes from a test
That rain in your life is to help you grow
And The... harvest is off of the Faith you sow (So)
Trust in the Lord and let Him take control
And when you look back over your life then you'll know (That)
