One time for the homies who remain loyal
10 toes down live in die on the same soil
To all the ladies hold it down for them real ones
No idea why you love him
For some reason you feel him look

This the first time that I put myself first
My net worth can never match up to my self-worth
Flow tighter than a new pair of kicks
So fire ghost rider take my loot and I dip
Prolific and stacking them so you never see a fraction
Of the shit that I be going through
What's the use of showing you
Don't ask about the crew
I don't know what these niggas going through
I guess we all got personal problems telling everybody
But the last person seem to know is you
I just got sick of being the fucking glue
Why we aint have another album
Em gave you a clue
Let's just say niggas aint do what they supposed to do
It's cool I love them dudes I still kick it time to time
I sit with Em and reminisce and chop it bout some rhymes
I barely hop in pics with him yo I aint trying to shine
Whatever I need he got me and that's the bottom line
Everything we got going here is our business
They want me up in interviews pointing fingers and yapping off
Like a star witness
But back to rap every bar is vicious
McVay got something to say
Man f*ck y'all bitches

One time for the homies who remain loyal
10 toes down live and die on the same soil
To all the ladies hold it down for them real ones
No idea why you love him
But some reason you feel him
Rock with me for a minute let me show you the real
Side to side just vibe gon and do what you feel
Rock with me for a minute let me show you the real
Side to side just vibe gon and do what you feel

They asked what I was feeling on the day proof passed
Man I'm still asking god how long that day gon last
I remember my wife waking me up tears rolling down her face
Giving me that somebody died look
Somehow her arms were ready for me
Heard the news I collapsed
I don't know how long for that sound to come out that cry took
Outside the hospital niggas convening
Holding court counting suspects sobbing and screaming
In the distance I can hear some dude ask
Dam I bet it ain't gonna be another album is it
Now I look at him different
Honestly everything else is a blur
After seeing Proof laying there that's kind of what I prefer
I want to keep the image of him as a king standing strong
Feared and loved a man of his word
Anything else is absurd
You still shine bright nobody could never steal Shaun's light
I swear I can hear his voice on a calm night

One time for the homies who remain loyal
10 toes down live and die on the same soil
To all the ladies hold it down for them real ones
No idea why you love him
But some reason you feel him
Rock with me for a minute let me show you the real
Side to side just vibe gon and do what you feel
Rock with me for a minute let me show you the real
Side to side just vibe gon and do what you feel

Yo I'm pretty private I be off on my own
I barely talk on the phone
I be off in my zone
I got my own quirks
I overthink a lot
People mistake it for procrastination
I just be doing homework
I'm too modest I don't brag even when I should
I overlook a lot of hoe shit for the greater good
I know I'm 10 times better than half of these niggas
getting these opportunities but I don't sweat it
I know I wrote shit for people and never got the credit
I know behind closed doors a lot of beef I deaded
Too many chiefs everybody wanna be the boss
Secret meetings throwing salt getting double crossed
Look with all your peeps stop playing by the same rules
And then they go acting brand new the brand lose
It's cool I make those grown man moves
No weapon formed against me shall prosper
Forever your man's mood

One time for the homies who remain loyal
10 toes down live and die on the same soil
To all the ladies hold it down for them real ones
No idea why you love him
But some reason you feel him
Rock with me for a minute let me show you the real
Side to side just vibe gon and do what you feel
Rock with me for a minute let me show you the real
Side to side just vibe gon and do what you feel
