Seamless transition to a little more than friends
I'm not sure what you'd call it I just hope it never ends
But it could never work, yes, I know it's a reach
But some people actually try to practice what they preach

I used to love the way you looked at me
Before I noticed your plasticity
Now it's great when I don't hear from you
Don't hold your breath you're turning blue
I hate smelling your perfume on my shirts
You've been gone since the twenty first
You're out of my head, so it's guaranteed
I'm cancer free

I can't even listen to Kacey Musgraves anymore
Turn it off, please shut it down, conversing with you is a chore
Used to love it when you'd sing to me, lately it makes me sick
Pretending like you care, where'd you learn that little trick?
The things you've said to me have all flown out the door
Maybe I'd make you happy if I wasn't so goddamn poor
Wish you the very best, and I want to say it was fun
But you've let me down too many times, I'm glad to say we're done

I used to love the way you looked at me
Before I noticed your plasticity
Now it's great when I don't hear from you
Don't hold your breath you're turning blue
I hate smelling your perfume on my shirts
You've been gone since the twenty first
You're out of my head, so it's guaranteed
I'm cancer free
I used to love the way you looked at me
Before I noticed your plasticity
Now it's great when I don't hear from you
Don't hold your breath you're turning blue
I hate smelling your perfume on my shirts
You've been gone since the twenty first
You're out of my head, so it's guaranteed
I'm cancer free
