The Associates

The Associates were a Scottish new wave band formed in the late 1970s. They achieved critical acclaim for their unique blend of art-pop, post-punk, and electronic music. The band was known for their charismatic frontman Billy Mackenzie and their innovative and experimental soundscapes.
