We were greeted by a warm and welcome breeze
We were laughing, playing songs as we sat down on the grass
Little did we know about his past
The clouds descended

Emanuel and I, sitting together on the grass
Playing songs until the end of day
Without a care in the world we watched the sunset
The mountains changed but somehow stayed the same
To our surprise we saw our own shadow on the moon
It would be over soon
