Every time my mind be thinking of you
I start to think about the things we use to do

But I kept arguing, fussing and fighting with you

Not understanding that those expectations weren't good

Looking at the glass half empty created a skid
I thought I was the revival you needed in your life
But quickly realizing I was more like a termite 
Eating away at your core It should've never been done
Giving you reassurance in love would've kept me number 1
Asking more from you than I put on myself 
Was a recipe for disaster that shoulda put on the shelf

All I ever did was tear down your self esteem
Rarely listening to your desires and needs
