You can lock my body Imma free my mind
Remember driving late at night down Lake Shore Drive
Brighten Up the sky look at all the lights
I been in the gutter but I'll be alright
Remember praying night to night to be okay
Made a living out of living day to day
Nowhere to go but Ill found a way
I Free spirit Misfit what more can I say

I just treat it day to day oh oh oh oh
Ain't no shit you could tell me no no no no
Is it risky or opportunity no doors closed
Imma buy a house momma that they can't foreclose
2020 Porsche in my vision no 4 doors
Someone please escort Donald Trump ass out those front
He bet not her get four more
He gone Rot for Fore-score foreshore
Done with that Not speaking on that no more
Back to me
I know judgement is not for me
It's Not my job,
I wanna be as free as I can be
And try to be as close to he
Who hath died for me
Peace when Jesus speak
This Jesus Piece around my neck
A chain, yet it will set me free
Imma change the world I just mold the clay
Stumbled on every single step here along the way
None of that matter because I'm here today
Standing in the Rain , who knew that its properties could heal pain

You can lock my body Imma free my mind
Remember driving late at night down Lake Shore Drive
Brighten Up the sky look at all the lights
I been in the gutter but I'll be alright
Remember praying night to night to be okay
Made a living out of living day to day
Nowhere to go but Ill found a way
I Free spirit Misfit what more can I say

I'm a free spirit misfit
Never fit in cause I'm different
My category has too many specifics
Skill set is broader than pacific
When I write it's in my very own hieroglyphics

I can see the light, does that mean that's the way
If I follow it who gone follow me?
Will I lead them all or just a special fleet
I guess it's up to me, what progress in the world do you wanna see ?

I know suddenly life can change
My worth isn't determined by pay day
I really gotta hand it to God cause i just every single odd
If the Demons come for me imma charge

You can lock my body Imma free my mind
Remember driving late at night down Lake Shore Drive
Brighten Up the sky look at all the lights
I been in the gutter but I'll be alright
Remember praying night to night to be okay
Made a living out of living day to day
Nowhere to go but Ill found a way
I Free spirit Misfit what more can I say
