That was the goal that was my vision I would explode a rap musician
Some people told me that my mission would never grow into fruition
I’d never listen to no dismissing
I’d only laugh cause every year that passed I’d just get better
And it was clear I was advancing fast in my endeavor
Vocabulary showing bars growing ever clever
Abandoned almost everything but Hip-Hop altogether
One day my confidence had grown I stepped out to club that locally was known
For hosting battles rappers flowing for the throne
I grabbed the mic walked out and froze just like a stone
My ego blown

But then epiphany hit a revelation
I wouldn’t be defined by others limitations
I make this music for the positive vibrations
